Group Therapy

Shared healing in a supportive,

Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to reduce isolation, build insight, and practice new ways of relating in a safe, affirming environment.

Current Offerings:

  • Striving shouldn’t mean suffering.

    Many teen girls carry a quiet pressure to be “the good one” - to excel in school, sports, and friendships while appearing calm and confident. Underneath, they often feel anxious, overwhelmed, and never good enough.

    This group offers a space to pause, breathe, and connect.

    Together, we’ll explore how perfectionism and high achievement can fuel anxiety, and learn ways to:

    • Manage pressure and self-criticism

    • Cope with stress in healthier ways

    • Build self-compassion and emotional resilience

    • Connect with others who understand what it’s like to struggle behind the smile

    Some members may also struggle with self-harm or burnout - both can be addressed safely within this supportive, skills-focused space.

    • 90-minute sessions, weekly in Wayne, PA

    • Ages 14–18

    • Space is limited to 6 participants

    • Private pay; out-of-network receipts available

Initial Consultation

Begin with a thoughtful conversation to explore your goals, concerns, and preferences. This session is an opportunity to get to know each other, understand what’s bringing you in, and start shaping a direction that feels meaningful and supportive.

Personalized Plan Development

Following your consultation, we'll develop a plan that’s responsive to your unique needs, strengths, and relational dynamics. This may include tools for emotional regulation, recovery support, or mindfulness-based practices—always tailored to support your growth.

Regular Sessions

Once your plan is in place, we’ll meet consistently to deepen insight, work through challenges, and support your progress. These sessions offer a steady, supportive space for healing and change, and provide the tools and encouragement you need to navigate obstacles and achieve your goals.

Progress Evaluation & Adjustments

Throughout our work together, we’ll pause to reflect on how things are going—what’s shifting, what remains challenging, and where adjustments might help. Therapy is a dynamic process, so we’ll collaborate to keep the work responsive and aligned with your evolving needs.
